Higrade is specialized in manufacturing stamping dies and stamping parts.  Our stamping dies and stamping parts are related with Home Appliance, Automotive,Electronic Products etc.  For Home Appliance, we have manufactured stamping dies for Rice Cooker ( deep drawing stamping dies).

We adopt single-stage stamping dies to realize the product.

We arranged reasonable die procedures for our customers to reduce the total cost.

We have high precision equipments to ensure the tolerance requirement.

For the Inner Pot, except stamping dies, we can also make a Rolling Machine to realize the rolling side.(See picture below)
